Battery disposal
Information on the disposal of old batteries
The following notice is intended for those who use batteries or products with built-in batteries and no longer resell them in the form in which they were delivered (end users):
1. Free return of used batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return used batteries to ensure proper disposal. You can dispose of them at a municipal collection point or at a local retailer. As a battery distributor, we are also obligated to take back used batteries. However, our obligation to take back is limited to used batteries of the type that we carry or have carried as new batteries in our product range. You can therefore either return used batteries of the aforementioned type to us with sufficient postage or hand them in free of charge at our shipping warehouse at the address listed in the imprint.
2. Meaning of the battery symbols
Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries containing more than 0.0005 percent mercury by mass, more than 0.002 percent cadmium by mass, or more than 0.004 percent lead by mass, the chemical name of the pollutant used is located below the wheeled bin symbol – where "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, and "Hg" for mercury.

Description
Leidolf Wetzlar Lordomat Rangefinder with Lordonar 50mm f/2.8
Condition and Limitations
Condition: used, acceptable.
The camera shows clearly visible wear – such as scratches, matte surfaces, small dents or discolorations.
The viewfinder may be cloudy or dusty.
Lordomat with Standard Lens
This Leidolf Lordomat is offered as a rangefinder camera for 35mm film. It comes with a Lordonar lens with a 50mm focal length and an aperture of f/2.8. This provides a classic standard perspective as the basis for composition and choosing your location.
Choosing a Rangefinder Camera Intentionally
The classification as a rangefinder camera is essential for user expectations. It describes a different concept from a digital camera with a live view or a reflex camera. However, for a purchasing decision that depends on specific metering, interchangeable lens, or automatic functions, the general model designation alone is not sufficient.
Do Not Equate with C35
The Lordomat family includes various versions. The basic model is therefore to be distinguished from a Lordomat C35. Choose such a historical camera system based on the exact model designation and your desired way of working. If a specific light meter or system expansion is important, this requirement in particular must match the specific version.
