Cameras, lenses and camera accessories: within Germany we always ship free of charge, with no minimum order value.

We deliver to Germany and to many other European and international countries.

II. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the shipping method:

III. Delivery information
Delivery time
Orders received by 12 noon on a working day are shipped no later than the next working day.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on the shipping method.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping method.
Calculating the delivery date
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends when the last day of the period expires.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day takes its place.

For deliveries, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

II. Detailed information on the individual payment options
1. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. The following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express.
2. PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. Log in with your PayPal details or create an account.
4. Confirm the payment and return to us automatically.
3. Purchase on account via Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden, we offer payment by invoice. Payment is due to Klarna within 14 days of shipment.

4. Instant bank transfer
Secure and direct with your online banking details (PIN/TAN) via Sofort GmbH (Klarna).
5. Google Pay
Pay with Google Pay on supported devices using your payment details stored in the app.
